Mountain View Elementary Waterford Mill Gallery


Loudoun County has a long agricultural history and many of its earliest settlers were tied to the land.
The village of Waterford was a population center in Loudoun county before the Civil War.The mills
built along Catoctin Creek used water power to grind the harvested grain into flour. Click on the images
